This this timber can only be found in the wild forests of Western Tasmania and can vary from hundreds to thousands of years old. It is extremely rare and can only be sourced from dead fallen trees by licensed wood collectors. If you are lucky enough, sometimes you can find a piece that has the rare birds eye figuring.

They have a surgical steel backing post and clasp suitable for sensitive ears. (Please disinfect prior to use for hygiene purposes).
CARE-
These earrings are not waterproof, only resistant. They have been polished 3 times with natural Aussie oil.
If your earrings look like they need a little shine, use any natural wood oil on a cloth and bring them straight back to life.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT-
All my earrings are hand crafted using sustainably sourced Native Australian wood.
Our products will will be sent to you using recycled, FSC Certified or compostable packaging.

Due to the nature of the hand crafted product and the uniqueness of each piece of wood received they may vary in colour or slightly in size from the picture above. However I believe this is the wonderful nature of hand crafted products, making them one of a kind with their own unique character. Being sustainably sourced I will only receive small amounts of wood at a time in some collections. So I may have a limited amount available until more has been sourced. Please allow 7-10 days creation and processing time. Please contact me if you need them sooner and I will endeavor to accommodate you.
